Connection of Student Ministry Directors
~To consistently connect for the purposes of prayer,
encouragement, friendship, sharing, planning, equipping,
networking and accountability.

Multiplication of Ministry Leadership
~To train student and adult leaders in a biblical strategy of
student ministry.

Spiritual Growth
~To provide opportunities and/or resources which help students to grow in their
relationships with Christ.

Evangelism
~To provide opportunities and/or resources for students to reach the spiritually lost.

Missions
~To provide opportunities and/or resources for students to
serve cross-culturally.
